"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding. I highly recommend them."

"This spring in Dallas was **** for rain and wind, and I was starting to lose some ties on my roof. I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). And that he did. He started work on Friday, June 7, got nearly all of it done in one day, but was cut off by my neighbor at 7PM, because "it's 7PM" and she was adamant. I'm tremendously grateful that Jess came and finished the job Saturday morning, because we all know what the storm-pocalypse was like on Sunday, June 9. I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. 
I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.
