"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."

As a consumer, you would want to trust that what is listed on the company's profile is work that can be accomplished in a satisfactory manner for all parties. I hired Holy Roller to paint a pergola and refurbish an existing patio. Holy Roller spent months on my project, leaving me without the use of my patio. I fully paid Holy Roller, but the project was never completed. Appointments were cancelled, incorrect paint was used, the company couldn't strip the paint they applied that had chipped and peeled. Construction debris was left on my property. I enlisted the Better Business Bureau's help and took Holy Roller to Arbitration. An Arbitration hearing was conducted at the office of the BBB and I received an Arbitration Award against Jim C./Holy Roller. The money was to be paid by November 1, 2018. Jim Cole has not abided by the Arbitrator's Ruling. I spent thousands of dollars with a reputable company to fix the workmanship of Holy Roller Painting. The new company removed all work done by Holy Roller and gave me a new patio within 36 hours. Please do your research before hiring this company."

We have pets of our own so we know how important it is to take care of pet stain & odor issues safely & effectively. We have a customized treatment for just about every pet stain and odor problem you can think of. We can deal with dander, odor, oily spots, urine and situations that require a more advanced approach. But don’t worry, there are plenty of pet stains that come out with our standard steam cleaning process! For stains that are a little more stubborn we can use our Basic Pet Treatment process by pretreating the area with urine stain remover which helps neutralize and remove yellowing, then we thoroughly steam clean the area. After thoroughly cleaning the area we apply an enzyme that treats the fibers and neutralizes odors. If stains and odors are caused by frequent pet urination in the same spot, we can step up to our Advanced Pet Treatment process. We treat the carpet fibers and the padding by pretreating the area with urine stain remover. We then saturate the padding with an oxygen powered solution to break down stains and odors. After waiting 30 minutes for the enzymes to work their magic, we extract the stain with high-powered extraction. Sounds scary but it’s not bad for your carpet or your pets! Once extraction is complete we thoroughly clean the area again with a process that is designed to cancel out odors, leaving a light, pleasant fragrance. If our Advanced Pet Treatment is not enough we can get more aggressive and go a step further by disengaging the carpet, replacing the padding and sealing the subfloor. We will do everything we can to get your carpet back in great shape.
