They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."
