After leaving two voicemails over a 2 week period, finally contacted the painter by calling a third time. Ray advised that he was unable to perform an estimate because Bowling Green is too far. 10 miles is apparently out of his range even though he lists Wood County as a service area.

I ended up not using the coupon because I contacted him 3 or 4 times to schedule an appointment, and he kept putting it off. He seemed more interested in offering his painting services than in the drywall work. If he didn’t want to do drywall work, he shouldn’t have advertised it. I got a refund...

MTD Painting did a decent job and communication was poor. Timeliness was poor, they didn't show when they were supposed to, they were replaced.
