I am a 35 year old cleaner. I’ve always loved cleaning and now get to do it for others. I worked for a company at one point in time but figured I could go off on my own and make more money doing it. So now I am on a journey to do just that. Start my own cleaning company. I bring all my own supplies so no need to worry about having any. I have cleaned homes ready to be sold on the market, bigger homes and even commercial offices. Would love to see if I’m the right fit for your cleaning needs.

Hi- we are Cleaning Things! We love that feeling of accomplishment after a job well done! How satisfying it is to watch the dirt wash away. It's like a brand new day! That's why we love pressure washing, and painting, on top of the many types of cleaning we offer. We clean houses, offices, construction sites, and restaurants. We are a 2 person crew- so if you need more than that, we may not be the company for you. Just ask- and we'll figure it out!\nWe have all the tools and equipment for your task~ and if we don't we'll find it! Or we will honestly tell you if it's something we can't do. Clear communication and straightforwardness is our business model. That's why we will go over everything you want ahead of time - to make sure everyone is on the same page. We will write up a proposal, and everyone signs it. So nobody is confused. There's no hidden fees, and everyone gets to have that satisfaction of a job well done!

"Every part of our dealing with Window Nation was great. From the product quality, initial contact at Cleveland’s Home and Garden show to the sales appointment and through the install. All the reps we dealt with were informative, professional and courteous. The install of 10 windows, including a picture window that replaced 2 standard side by side windows, went without a problem. The installers were on time, worked throughout the work day, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend them."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Window cleaning costs around $220, on average, but you could pay anywhere from $150 to $300 or more, depending on the number of windows, how accessible they are, and the type of windows. Some professional window cleaners charge on a per-window basis at around $10 per window, while others provide a single price for your entire home. Either way, more windows will mean higher cleaning costs. Picture windows tend to be the most affordable because they don’t require cleaning of internal components, while double-hung windows and skylights increase your price because they’re more complicated to clean and less accessible.

Well water can leave ugly marks on your window. A vinegar-water spray will remove most well water stains from your windows. However, you can also use a baking soda paste if the stain is too stubborn. Consider applying waterproofing protection to the glass surface after cleaning for long-term protection. A protective film or spray layer also makes it easier to remove the water stains next time.

Deep cleaning after a renovation is important to remove all the dust from construction. This will improve air quality, prevent health issues and increase the home’s comfort level. Also, debris and dust can stain new paint or scratch surfaces, ruining the renovation right from the get-go.

To ensure the longevity and smooth functioning of new windows, regular maintenance is essential. This includes cleaning the glass and frames, inspecting seals for leaks or damage, and reapplying caulking as needed. It is also important to lubricate all moving parts and operating mechanisms to ensure they continue to operate smoothly.

A standard professional cleaning of an entire apartment typically takes 2 to 3 hours. However, the timing varies depending on the size of the apartment, the number of people and pets that live in it, and how frequently it is cleaned. A deep cleaning typically takes 4 to 6 hours.
