"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Dustin at Prime Construction and Flooring did a great job of repairing two patio door frames that had rotting wood at their base (see pictures). He came out and gave a complete assessment of what was going on and his plan to make repairs - along with a quote. When he arrived to do the work he reviewed his plan with us and asked if we had any questions. During his repairs he kept us informed of his progress. While working on the second door frame he uncovered an unexpected situation and suggested two approaches to correct it - giving us the pros and cons of each choice so we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the completed work (see before and after comparison pictures) and staying within his quote.
