"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. "I started this process working with Jason when he came out to give me the original estimate. From the very beginning, he was courteous and took time to listen & answer my questions. We had several issues we were wanting to take care of & I liked the fact that this company was able to do ALL of the work we were needing done. They even helped us get our roof replaced after a wind storm had caused damage -- they took the time to deal with our insurance and get it covered for us. Shelly, in the office took the time to stay in contact with me and was always so friendly. The waterproofing they did needed to happen in multiple locations on our property, the crew worked like a well oiled machine & got it done. Not only do I know it works after a storm came through, we are thrilled with the look & quality. They also reinforced a wall in our garage that had been compromised due to the water issues. This wall is not going anywhere now! The crew has cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis leaving the work area as clean as they found it that morning. The crew was the same group of guys each day & they worked well together & stayed on task. We plan to have more work done next year, looking at a small addition & bathroom, we will definitely be calling Tommy, Shelly & the Alltek crew when that time comes."

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."
