"Terry responded quickly to quote the deck, was able to take advantage of weather and scheduling to timely perform the work and when asked to address punch list items he had his crew do so quickly; they even touched up more than I had asked. Communication along the way was maybe more a B to B- but he eventually responded and followed through with his commitments. The work itself was excellent and the preparation to mitigate paint overspray was thorough. Our deck is fairly large, from start to finish, including cleaning/power spraying, preparation and board repair, and painting/punch list itself it took 4 working days in total and 5 calendar days. I would use the Deck Doctor again."

"I initially purchased a "Big Deal" for painting a few small exterior areas. Later that summer, following a city home inspection, I hired Kiss Coatings to paint the remainder of the house Kiss Coatings did a thorough job and were respectful when it came to communicating and cleaning up. However, they promised to return the following summer to do any necessary touch-up painting, which they did not do. I sent repeated messages to ask them to follow through on a couple of areas but I never received a response."

Ron, the project manager and his assistant Jeff did a great job. They showed up on time every day, and worked the whole day diligently. The prepped, took care of covering stairs with tarp as they worked, cleaned up after themselves every day and paid attention to the little details. The end result was great work and attention to detail! I would like to have them back to do work again and am happy I found a reliable and quality-focused service provider.

For the record, we did have a misunderstanding with the quote details and exactly what it covered with respect to the painting, however the quote was fair for what was intended. I would recommend writing each and every item you want quoted to ensure there isn't any gray area or misunderstanding on expectations. However, as I said, I would have no reservations about having them back for any future work.
