"Wells performed a furnace inspection.  In their inspection of the furnace the discovered a PVC pipe that was leaking due to the original installer using silicone instead of PVC glue!  If they would not have discovered this, our furnace life would have had a short life.

"Our 1950's bath was literally crumbling apart. J&M started with a complete demo of the space. James and crew than started building a new bathroom with the materials I had purchased. I had originally planned to do a DIY project. I found J&M on Angie's list. I am certain that I could not have completed the project in the same time with and with the same quality. "I purchased this as a Big Deal on the Angle's List site. The toughest part of the job was that I had a malfunctioning bathroom fan that needed to be replaced. We found that the way the fan had been mounted, there was no way to replace it with a new fan. So he took the back with him to Dayton and found someone who could repair it. Then, he came back, put the fan back in, and cleaned the gutters and cut up and disposed of big tree limbs. It was such a relief to get the fan fixed!
