"Jacob was awesome to work with. Was patient with us getting approved through our bank and the time it took to do so. We originally tried to get out roof fixed because of storm damage and our fraudulent insurance company denied all claims. Jacob worked with us to get things repaired which I felt not other companies would do. He even came back after a month to check something out on top that the workers didn't install correctly, they forgot to remove a cover of the dryer vent. The actual roofers showed up early and pulled a 12 hour shift to finish. Then cleaned up the following morning. Like any major remodel things will be missed but I think what sets them apart is they want you to be happy. I have known people to get a job in their house done and the minute money is handed out the contractor dips and is no where to be heard from agian.
