    I had trouble with another company to show up. Eagle came the day and time they said they would. The two gentlemen were courteous and professional. They explained everything in a way I could understand. When they were done they cleaned everything up and stayed a little while to make sure it was working. I had a cool house that afternoon and it is still working. I took a picture of their beautiful van before they left. I was very pleased and definitely would call them again if I needed them.     Old air conditioner was inspected, the problems that were causing the issues were found, options to repair or replace were discussed. Andy was quick to respond to contact, came in a few days to inspect, discussed options well, and had a new unit in place in one week. Andy was thorough and professional in his work.
