"The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan. "We've used Frontpoint for years and been pleased.  Over the Christmas holidays, we had a great deal of smoke in the house due to our lighting the fireplace with the flue closed.  The Frontpoint fire alarms went off, as they should.  The phone rang almost immediately with Frontpoint checking before calling the fire department.  We saw that had this been a real emergency, we would have been well protected.
