"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. "Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."

"On April 5, 2024 we received an estimate from M&H preservations for $2500 to replace our front porch steps. We agreed to this amount and we were then told that Matt would get in touch with us when he was able to do the project. On May 2, 2024 the steps were started at that time we paid half of the $2500 due. Due to rain delays and other projects for M&Hpreservations the steps report roughly around May 7, 2024 at that time we paid the remainder of the 2500. When the steps were being poured we were at work so my sister who lives across the street gave Matt the check. When Jeff got home from work of course he noticed the steps and what a great job M&H preservations had done then he noticed the sidewalk next to the driveway had been damaged. With a cement truck poured the steps the driver drove on the sidewalk causing the sidewalk to crack into several sections and creating a small valley where the water now puddles. It was early June when I contacted Matt to tell him about the damage and what could be done to fix it? He told me that he would come by and look at the damage never heard anything from him so about a week later I try to contact him again at that time he told me that he hadn’t gone by the house. He also told me that he didn’t know who the truck driver was that he needed to talk to. I tried a third time to contact him no response. By this time I was done with him and I let Jeff talk to him. Just got in contact with Matt and told him that the cement truck damage the sidewalk and what could be done to fix the problem.Matt once again told Jeff that he would have to get in contact with the driver. Couple weeks later Jeff try to get in contact with Matt spoke to him about the situation and at one point Jeff even offered to help. Now it is September and with winter right around the corner our sidewalk is still damaged."

"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Found Lobo & Co. Construction, LLC through Angi's List. Called them they responded very fast and came and looked at what we wanted done. Gave us an estimate began within 2 days and completed job. 5☆ finished job. Very professional, very respectful of property, kept working site very clean from beginning to finished. Will diffiently use them again very soon. Would highly recommend this Company."
