He came up with excellent game plan on keeping cost down without replacing all the carpet. He was able to reattach the carpet at all entry points, fixed the areas of pet damage. It is simply amazing. "I wasn't terribly happy with them, they came and replaced the carpet a year ago. I didn't like the quality of the carpet. They didn't charge for the padding or installation when they had to come back out, they just charged for the upgrade in the carpet."
