He came up with excellent game plan on keeping cost down without replacing all the carpet. He was able to reattach the carpet at all entry points, fixed the areas of pet damage. It is simply amazing. He brought in a Smart Care Trio carpet cleaner machine and used distilled water with a solution to clean the tough stains out of our old berber carpet. We already had our furniture moved when he came so he got straight to work. The other semi-mobile furniture that we didn't move, Wendell moved it and cleaned the area where the furniture was to a different location in the room.
We have two Dobermans and a Mini Schnauzer who have done a number on our berber carpet (hair, paw stains, potty stains, etc.).
