"Had precision rehab a house for me and right from the start I could tell there was going to be trouble. To begin the project was delayed several weeks for various reasons and even when it did begin the excuses or “reason” why this or that didn't happen just kept coming. When the work was approaching completion, the owner showed up at personal residence unannounced demanding money before the work was completed. Extremely unprofessional!! Upon completion and sale of the home the new buyer took their first shower ( the shower installed by Precision) and found it to be leaking, leaking so bad it was leaking in the basement. I had a plumber come out to take a look and they found out that the walls were leaking due to poor installation. I had high hopes doing business with Precision because Zach comes off like he really cares and stands by his work but that couldn’t be further from the truth. He refuses to take ownership for his work and now I have to pay a real contractor $2000 to fix his shortcoming. Word of advice, STAY AWAY from this guy."
