"Until the last 2 years, my husband always got on the roof & cleaned out the gutters. But, we are getting older and decided to hire out the job. My husband saw they wanted to use our hoses to flush the gutters to and down the downspouts. He told them the gutter guards had to be removed. He was called away on another task. I paid them upon my return. With all the rain we had, the gutters were still overflowing. The husband got up on the roof and discovered the gutter guards and/or screws were either missing. The amount of leaves and tree debris looked like it had been composting for over 2 years. Astounding. So glad we paid $300 for gutter cleaning only to have the guys try to sell us a complete new set of gutters with an estimated price of between $3K - $4K. A hard pass with an absolutely not."

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"I was told he would use my gutter guards as they were new but he called me and said m guards would not fit is gutters he was putting up. I okay'd his decision with an added cost of $500.00. Ever time it rained and still continues now - the gutter leaks against my one bedroom window and runs down the house and staining my basement wall. I have multiple videos and pictures of this happening that are dated. Casey was called on 10/24/2018 and he visited my home on 10/31/2018, while it was raining, telling my daughter that the gutter was not even and he would redo it wen it was dry. I was at work this day He never returned or called back after several attempts. The last call I made was 08/23/2019 and he was to come over and check it out. I see per the internet his business is closed and was never registered with the BBB I have sent a complaint to Home Advisor also."
