I was told he would use my gutter guards as they were new but he called me and said m guards would not fit is gutters he was putting up. I okay'd his decision with an added cost of $500.00. Ever time it rained and still continues now - the gutter leaks against my one bedroom window and runs down the house and staining my basement wall. I have multiple videos and pictures of this happening that are dated. Casey was called on 10/24/2018 and he visited my home on 10/31/2018, while it was raining, telling my daughter that the gutter was not even and he would redo it wen it was dry. I was at work this day He never returned or called back after several attempts. The last call I made was 08/23/2019 and he was to come over and check it out. I see per the internet his business is closed and was never registered with the BBB I have sent a complaint to Home Advisor also.
