I made the purchase on-line Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning received a call from the owner to schedule the service. Terry was extremely pleasant and professional and days later our house looked great! I received a phone call once the work was completed with appropriate and appreciated feedback. Because some areas were heavily soiled and our siding was oxidized, Terry explained that they had to be careful with the amount of pressure used. I thought perhaps I would be disappointed when I saw our house, but as previously stated, Window Genie did a great job.
