"I called this company to see if they would come to my home to give me an estimate of the cost to fix the light in my upstairs hallway that has not worked in years.  I also needed this company to see about a transformer in my living room that looked like it was burning on the outside of the casing.  The young man came to my home and investigated the problems and he fixed the upstairs hallway light with no problem.  So happy to get it fixed too!!!  The transformer was burning because he said it had to be replaced.  He told me to go online and order another one.  So I did order another one and it did take a week for it to arrive from Florida.  I wanted to have them put it in, but the young man that came to my house said that I could do it and he would help me put the transformer on.  I did not want to put the transformer on I hired this company to do the work.  I was told that I would have to pay another $100 dollars for them to come back out to put it on for me.  First of all, I do not just have transformers sitting around my house, I had to order the transformer nor did he have one in his truck that he could have brought.  In my opinion, I should not have to pay another $100 for the continuation of the same visit. I would even pay up to $50 for them to come back to the house for 5 minutes of their time just to put it on for me.  I know that businesses cannot run on free visits, but my situation was not resolved nor did I get my full service for what I paid for already.

"My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."
