In it he built a playroom (which can be later be used as a bedroom), half bath and a huge living area with a custom fireplace which is gorgeous. During the process Eric consulted with me each step of the way and gave me options to consider. He gave me his expert opinion to assist in making decisions. He was always considering methods to save money but not at the detriment of quality. Eric is also very particular in his work. For example he relocated a light switch after installation deciding I would not be happy. They took care of my house, were extremely pleasant, and everything was back in its right place when I got home on Day 2!
