Have used this company 3 times. They are the best. They are professional painters, not people who happen to paint on the side. They arrive on time, do the job and review it upon completion. No payment is required until job is finished. They are very clean. Hire this group and you will not be disappointed

Went well with no problems. By way of background, I have used Quality Counts Painting since 2010. Since then they have painted the exterior twice, entire interior including the woodwork, outside deck and plaster board repairs. They are easy to work with and pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them as I have done for neighbors and friends.

Would hire Dennis and his crew again in a heartbeat. They proved to be professional and very punctual painters. In addition, they were meticulous and very attentive to details. The crew was very good at making certain our furniture was protected. Once the project was complete, our house was cleaned and the furniture moved back to their original positions. They were very punctual throughout the process. Last but certainly not least, Dennis provided a walk through at the end of the project to make certain everything was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend Quality Counts Painting to anyone that appreciates quality workmanship.

The job was perfect. The 3 employees were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. We are having them come back to clean our siding and deck in the spring.

Extremely happy with work. A request for receiving an estimate was scheduled promptly and the proposal for the job was received within a day. Workers arrived on days and times exactly as promised and all work was done professionally. Home was left clean and all work materials were removed.

GREAT. They also fixed a nail hole that was really obvious in my living room ceiling (two story so I could no way reach that high on my ladder). They took care of my house, were extremely pleasant, and everything was back in its right place when I got home on Day 2! This will be the third time I've used them - twice on interior and once on exterior. maybe twice on exterior come to think of it. They are very much in demand so it took a while for them to get to me, but I wasn't in a particular hurry.

Such a great process - easy to work with, professional, punctual. Estimate was easy, scheduling was prompt... crew cleaned up after themselves every day... nothing found during final walk-through that needed addressed. Painted entire interior of 3,000 sq. ft. home in 5.5 days. Would absolutely hire again.

Wonderfully! Dennis's team did a fabulous job and painted everything beautifully. They are polite, fast, friendly and clean up the mess - you can't even tell they were there painting. They are also very contentious about the work being done and won't just leave things just "OK" - my bedroom needed 3 coats instead of 2 and Pat didn't just leave it the way it was, she wanted me to be happy (no extra charge). This is the second time I've used Quality Counts and they are going to come back to paint my kitchen/family room/hallway/stairs and laundry room. I highly recommend them - Dora and Dennis are very accommodating for scheduling as well.

We've been a customer of Quality Counts Painting for several years. (since 2007) They have always been professional and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. On this job, they went beyond the normal exterior painting of our exterior wood trim, gutters, and downspouts to include cleaning the outside of two chimneys, fixing the board on our porch screen door, and replacing the bottom sweep on our front door. They also cleaned and painted our deck. Everything was done with quality, without a splatter or mistake. I highly recommend them!

His people are a pleasure to have.  He's a very honest person and goes over everything.  If something needs attending to after service he will come back and fix it. I'll hire him again next spring, and I'm having him back again in another couple of weeks to work in the kitchen.   His wife calls to tell you when he will approximately be coming and also calls when he's on his way.  His quality continues to be excellent, and his price is fair.  I feel that he is a good person to have in your home.  As soon as the paint is shipped for my kitchen I'll be calling Quality again.  

This is the second time I have contracted with Quality Counts Painting and both experiences were outstanding. In this case, I had just completed some bathroom remodeling and needed to have the room painted. It also seemed like a good time to have the trim refreshed. I thought with my deep-pile, light-colored Frieze carpet painting base boards would be a challenge but it didn't seem to phase Pat. I had not expected it but as they found caulking around doors and windows in need of repair they fixed it. Selecting a paint color to match the new bathroom tile presented a challenge for me. Dennis brought paint chips and suggested a couple of options. He acquired samples and helped me make a selection. I had previously decided that I wanted a faux finish on the walls. Tom did all the prep work and base coats before Dennis came in to do the sponging. Great results!! Tom and Pat were here for the bulk of the project. I cannot compliment them enough on their professionalism, work ethic, and skill. Besides all that they were just fun to be around. Great crew and terrific results ... I could not be happier.

He did a beautiful job. I had guests over Christmas that marveled at his work. There was even a crack in the wall, you can't even notice it now. He is extremely easy to work with and I know I can count on him. You can leave his crew alone in the house and they clean up extremely well.

They were amazing. Dennis and Dora are so friendly and great to work with, as are the rest of their team. They were always there bright and early and worked all day with positive attitudes. The house looks fabulous and I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future painting projects I've got.

Early esimate  but a long wait for the painting to get don. Summer was almost over. Finally we got it done and am satisfied with the painting.

My experience was, as usual, wonderful. I have used Quality Counts many times and their work and professionalism never ceases to amaze me! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Company took two and a half days to complete all work. Attention to detail and completion of all work to my specifications was a priority. Crew was continually on task with little down time. Overall, the work was completely professionally without any issues.  There have been no call backs for work details missed. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects from bid process through execution to final job review.

Very prompt on initial estimate and contract.  Had to wait awhile for wet weather this summer but entire project done in 3 days when started: 1st day pressure washed entire house; 2nd & 3rd days porch scraping, and 1st & 2nd coats of paint. I was pleasantly surprised he (owner Dennis) assigned 4 workers to my small cottage house, which as stated, only needed trim and porch. So..3 days total was excellent in my book.  Job very well done; very neat precise painting; workers very professional and prompt. Dennis checked on them 2nd day & we both reviewed work & a few very minor areas that needed a little extra paint.  Dennis (& his very nice office worker Dora) also worked with me very well in that I finally found my perfect shade of green but in another brand; he had it matched by Porter's (& he recommended Sherwin Williams for porch, which I also chose.)  The match was perfect; I was very picky about the green, and had purchased several samples that I used on foundation 1st.

Went very well, thanks to them!
