Called Oct 5 to get service on furnace. It is Oct 29 and they say "You are on my list. When we get there we get there." Don't buy anything from them. They will not support their products or help when needed. Extremely poor customer service.

They did a good job. They were good. They were professional and they were friendly. We don't know about price because we didn't get any competing bids. I think they were trustworthy. They were at the house when we weren't. They cleaned up after themselves. No problems that I was aware of.

as always, Myron and the staff at BB&F came out and did a most excellent and professional job.

This is the first time I ever used Angies list so decided to do what I always do- STAY AWAY FROM BIG BUSINESS, I don't buy from dealerships I buy from owners-no overhead so I did the same when it came to my Central Air. I was extremely pleased and now have someone I can trust to do my work and maintenance. I believe in small business and helping those who can do the same work for a lot less. Todd was very nice explained everything and let me watch him fix it. I recommend this business to anyone who wants it done inexpensive and professionally. THANK YOU for your SERVICE!!!!!!

the crew was outstanding and professional. the work was meticulous and the results exceeded my expectations from the palcement and leveling of the unit outdoors to the sheet metal and gas line work.

I actually hired the company based on the recommendation of an electrician that was working for me, and I was glad that I followed his advice.  Myron and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, and I was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish.  They came out right away and did their best to work quickly since the temperature was in the triple digits at the time.  Furthermore, they did and excellent job, and they had the best price of the companies that I called.

I've been dealing with Myron for years, and I've always had great experiences with him.  As usual, he responded quickly when I called, he did a good job with the repairs, and his prices were reasonable.  I'd definitely recommend his company to anyone.

They are wonderful.  They come when they say they will come.  They do what they say they will do.  Their bids are reasonable.  We really trust them.  In the past, they have come to fix the furnaces when they gone out in the middle of the night.  We have used them since the 1970s.

I used them in 2010 to furnish and install a new furnace and ac unit.  My niece had a situation this summer where her ac unit went out.  She knew it likely had to be replaced as it was the original unit supplied when the house was built years ago.  She called another well known contractor and got an estimate to replace the furnace and AC.  I then recommended that she call Baker, Bauer and Fish as we were very pleased with their price, installation and service.  She called them and they were able to provide the unit and installation for a little more than half of what the other contractor quoted.  She is very happy with the results!

They did an excellent job. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that it was not giving off carbon monoxide like another company had told me. The workers were professional and did a good job. I was concerned that there could be a problem with the boiler but they assured that everything was fine.

They are excellent and professional.  They try to handle the problem without trying to sell additional equipment or service.   They are fair and I have used them several times and will continue to use their service.

A representative from Baker, Bauer and Fish came out promptly and I got an estimate promptly. They installed a new unit on a Saturday so that I would not have to go the long holiday weekend without a/c. They were very professional, friendly and informative. When I called their office with a couple of questions, their receptionist was great! I haven't had one minute of trouble with my new a/c. I have recommended them to neighbors in the event they need heating or a/c help.

I want to start off by sharing that I have not followed up with Baker, Bauer, & Fish about the fact that their solution did not work. We use a wood burning stove as much as possible, so we didn't discover the problem was not resolved until January 2009. I thought that so much time had passed that they wouldn't have felt it was their problem. With this caveat in mind, the service man showed up on 10/29/07 and decided we needed a new time relay. We were told it would take a couple of weeks to get it from their supplier. They didn't get it until late January 2008 and showed up on 2/6/08 to install it. They are not a Lennox dealer and explained that was the reason for the delay. I called them several times during the interim and they were always very nice, but the long delivery was very frustrating. The service worker was very nice and professional. The bottom line is that their $290 solution didn't do anything to improve the way our furnace works.

We have always had great experiences with this company. They are fast to arrive when there is a problem, very nice and professional when they are here, and the problem is always fixed the first time.

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY OVER THE LAST 7 YEARS. I AM A SINGLE MOM LIVING IN AN OLDER HOME. THE FIRST 2 TIMES, A GENTLEMAN NAMED RAY CAME OUT TO MAKE SURE MY HEATER WAS OPERATING PROPERLY BEFORE WINTER. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, AND HONEST. LAST WINTER, MY HEATER STOPPED WORKING WHEN IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD OUT, AND RAY CAME IMMEDIATELY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM EFFICIENTLY. I JUST USED THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS MY HEAT WAS NOT WORKING. RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY, SENT SOMEONE ELSE OUT WHO WAS VERY THOROUGH, EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED TO BUY A NEW UNIT. HE FIXED WHAT WAS A SIMPLE PROBLEM WITHIN A HALF HOUR AND NOTICED A FEW OTHER PREVENTIVELY MAINTENANCE ISSUES WHICH HE RESOLVED ON THE SPOT. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. THIS KIND OF TRACK RECORD IS HARD TO FIND.
