She repaired the paint around the drain. She also added caulk around the drain to seal out water from getting in the space around the drain. It has been a couple weeks now since the repair work and still looking good. There was no charge for this service call, for it came under the warranty. Very satisfied with the repair process. They always encourage me to call them if any problems. They are very easy to work with."

He went out of his way to find the exact tile I had, and even found the builder who installed it without me asking . That’s how I originally met him since then he has fixed a leak in a large window that no one could fix. He has excavated an improper pipe that was put in my yard and put in a new drainage pipe. He looked up the specifics of how best to handle the somewhat unique construction of the shower to make sure he repaired everything correctly. When my schedule unexpectedly changed and didn't allow me to meet him in the morning to begin the job, he agreed to meet me earlier in the week so I could give him a set of keys.
