Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. "Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

She made an appointment very quickly (we were moving furniture in the day she came!), she made it very convenient by bringing the mobile samples to my house, and gave a thorough presentation of the product. When she sensed that timing was very important for me, she even moved things around so I could get my floors done sooner rather than later ,making it far easier for me to get settled in my new house. The finished product looks outstanding and I cannot say enough good things about the process - start to finish (her team will move your furniture for you).
