He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"I had nature stone come to my home for a garage floor estimate.  Their price was more than double estimates from Rhino Flooring & Columbus Garage Floor Coating.  The product is beautiful but requires periodic re-sealing.  Re-sealing would require me to move everything out of my garage, which is not something I'm not interested in doing.
Estimator also committed a monumental error when he offered me a substantial discount if I would sign a contract that day, which is always a red flag.
Again, a beautiful product...but not the best for garages.  I felt the other two companies provided a better product at a better price.

He promptly responded to my inquiry, set up an appointment to see the job, and provide a quote. On the day of the work, he arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. Despite rain, he stayed to finish the job. He communicated throughout the day at various points in the project to insure I was satisfied before he moved on to next steps.
