    they went as far as to sand, stain and seal all the wood work. it even came with a 5 year warranty on all work. the workmanship was superb although the job took a little longer than i think it should have, but it was worth every minute. nice job!!!

    I hired this guy from craigslist. On the first day, he was very professional looking with a white shirt, shorts, socks and shoes and books of stain colors and very courteous. We settled on a quote for power wash and stain the deck and swing set. He repeated on getting 1/3 upfront (day one of work), which I thought was very reasonable. He texted the night before the job and confirmed the time and again reminded of the upfront money. He came with the power wash and after 10 minutes asked for the money. I paid $250. He spent about 2 hours cleaning the whole deck and half of the swing set. He then left saying he will return with a ladder. We knew he was running away then because he took the power washer with him. When I told him to leave the washer and return with the ladder, he became rude and left without a word. I then kept messaging and calling him, and he would not reply. Googling his number showed me the scammer he is. I then texted him saying I would report to police and he started cursing and said he power washed everything (which he did not). This was exactly the experience I found about him online on other reviews. He is a scammer. Lesson learned to always ask for a business card, triple check before hiring from Craigslist, and google reviews. Beware of this guy

    This was a bad experience overall. Once the work was completed, I would consider the quality of the work and quot;barely adequate,and quot; whereas we were told that it would look completely professional. The main problems were the following: 1) Constant delays. We originally hired the contractor prior to Thanksgiving, and he told us he could finish it in time for Thanksgiving. However, he often did not show up at all, or arrive late, and when he did arrive, he would only work for a few (2-3) hours. 2) He constantly asked for more money, even though we paid him half of his labor charges up front, the other half to be paid at the end. Thus, we couldn't fire him for going so slow, because we would be out the initial payment. I wouldn't go so far to say that you shouldn't hire J and J under any circumstances, but I would strongly advise the following: 1) Do not give them any money up front, or if you do, make it a very small amount that you're willing to sacrifice if he doesn't show up, there are too many delays, etc. 2) Buy your own materials. Ask him what he'll need, and buy it yourself. 3) Hire him only to do outdoor, one day jobs

    I contacted a paining company that had a good reputation. After lack luster communication it was easy to determine that this "good" company felt it was too good for my project. I contacted other paint companies and got estimates in a timely manner. All Pro was friendly to deal with. They did not promise me the moon since it was good outdoor painting season and I was informed that if there were to be a lousy weather situation I would be cared for. All Pro came to do the job earlier than they anticipated, brought a decent size crew, asked directions of me when items were ambiguous, and completed the job in a great manner. This review comes 6 months after the job was completed. The "good" company responded to a revue I had given the concerning poor communication they gave men: their response included insulting me and falsehoods.     I highly recommend Travis Beckler Painting LLC. He and his crew painted almost all of the interior walls of our home. He and his crew were professional, curtious, and hard working. They did 12 rooms in our home, and finished the work in 3 days. He and his team went above and beyond, and actually did caulking work throughout the home. They sanded all of the walls, washed them, and really put in the work to make our vision a reality. Our home has brand new painted walls, just in time for the holidays. We are thrilled with the results. In the future we will definitely use Travis Beckler Painting LLC for any future projects

    I am beyond impressed with the work and customer service provided by Counter Culture! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a exceptional experience. We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. While the counters and workmanship is beautiful, I think our experience speaks volumes to the overall experience and attention you will receive as a customer here

    We hired HelloTech to mount 4 TVs and 2 soundbars and to have a recessed box placed behind one of the TVs so it should be mounted flush. -- The installer came out and mounted the 4 TVs and the 2 soundbars while a house-sitter was here. -- I came home and found that both soundbars were unlevel and 2 of the four TVs were unlevel. And the recessed box wasn't installed. I called them and they told me they didn't have record of me wanting a recessed box installed and that it would be $149 more. Fine. They had their tech come back 2 days later. He came and told us that he COULDN'T install a recessed box, and he left without leveling anything. I sent pictures of all of this to HelloTech. I've sent at least 10 emails and called them 5 times. I wasted $600. I ended up re-mounting 2 of the TVs and the 2 soundbars. (It's good I remounted the soudbars because the anchors that HelloTech installed popped out of the wall.) -- I wrote them multiple times asking only for a 50% refund of what I paid. They ignored my multiple requests, so my only recourse is to give this review. - Nov 202
