don't have a problem with this company per se except they didn't seem reliable in my experience with them. I called for an estimate and they came over as stated said that they would call back the next day with an estimate. No call. I waited a week and called again and got someone higher up or so it seemed. He said that the gentleman that called in was usually very reliable and that he would get hold of him and that he would call me back that night. No call. Now this company may be very good but we never got to find out. I didn't think that I needed to give them more than two tries to get my business.

Excellent job from beginning to end. Very quiet and courteous crew. I love my new bathroom! Bill also built an outside storage building for me within three days of beginning the work. It has a concrete floor, and the exterior of the building compliments the exterior of my home very well. When I need remodeling work done in the future, I will definitely call Bill's Custom Home Services!
Description of Work
Bill gave me an estimate on 11/21/12 to remodel my bathroom. The room needed to be gutted and the floor replaced. He started the job when he said he would, and the work was completed five days later. Work was very professional. His crew cleaned up before leaving each day. His crew was very quiet while working, and I was very pleased with the overall look of the bathroom when they were finished. I even had them give me an estimate on an outside storage building when my bathroom was completed.

Great job.
Description of Work
They gave us an est. and said it would take about 3 days.They arrived on time and cleaned their mess as they went.They replaced the bathtub and replaced the flooring under the tub (they also did a few other things as well).They finished in a little over a day.They cleaned up all the way to the front door.We will def. be calling them in the future.
