"I wish I could find more companies where I talk directly with the owner, negotiate the contract with them, navigate scheduling and have them directly come out to perform the job. Andy was the main contact and performer and he believes in quality. He set expectations where they need set, and he did the job where it needed done. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that I wish he performed even more services I needed, because he was so reliable with the work in his scope of performance. Cost was very fair. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"My wife and I decided last year to remodel our kitchen. We went through a number of builders, most of whom never showed up to scheduled appointments. The few who did we weren't pleased with because they kept telling us what they would do instead of listening to what we wanted done. We recently had the pleasure of working with Adam on a complete kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Within fifteen minutes of meeting him we felt confident we had the right person. He listened to what we wanted and went out of his way to explain how he could make it happen. Adam’s expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. He moved windows to make our kitchen arrangement feasible and you cannot tell that any work was done. They look like they were built that way when the house was constructed. Before the remodel our kitchen was poorly lit with two lights. We now have pot lights throughout the ceiling and under cupboard lights that are very welcome in the mornings, as they can be dimmed so you're not slapped with the brilliance of a thousand suns first thing in the a.m. As with all remodels there were some changes made along the way and he was able to adapt & always remained very professional. We had him redo the stairs to the basement (which are attached to the kitchen entrance) and the result was a work of art. Walking down the basement stairs no longer gives the impression that you're rolling the dice on whether or not they can support you all the way to the bottom. Sturdy and confident on every step. The new kitchen flooring made the rest of the house look bad so we had him lay it out into the living room and hallway. And again, it looks like it was made for the house. We waited six months to write this review to ensure everything was done correctly. Quite often you lose the thrill and start regretting some of the work that was done. Not in this case. Everything has held up perfectly & we have no regrets with our transformed kitchen. Adam’s work is exceptional, and his dedication to quality is unmatched. We are more than pleased with the results and highly recommend Adam for any remodeling project. Thank you, Adam, for rebuilding our kitchen into a space we love."

Almost every window leaked cold air when it came time in the winter and after they had finished installing everything towards the end of November beginning of December. Missing caulk lines and having the use my own insulation and drywall because of the negligent job they did. They had to come in and recaulk around almost every window and or put insulation in but I ended up doing most of that myself. The worst was the opening they left on each corner of my patio door and a few other windows and with all the rain and snow I ended up with black mold and fungus growing inside at the base of the door"
