That morning they called and asked if they should bring a new faucet in case replacement was necessary. They said it was better to bring one in case, otherwise we'd end up paying for 2 visits. We bought the faucet ourselves because we wanted to pick out the style. Pipeco had no problem rescheduling for later in the day while we made the purchase. They installed the new faucet, replaced the lines and installed a new valve under the sink. All is well again."
