"They walked me through over the phone modifying the tub settings to work with the weather we are having now and suggested what to do when the weather changes again. The instructions in the manual and on line were substantially less complete. The tub is working like a charm. They provided great service in a timely fashion. I will call again when I have another issue."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "

For your hot tub exterior, choose wood or vinyl cleaner (depending on the casing material).

You should never use household cleaning products, harsh chemicals such as undiluted bleach or acids, or abrasive cleansers or cloths, as these can scratch or etch your hot tub’s coating or shell and cause permanent damage.

You should keep your hot tub at a constant soaking temperature of around 100 degrees Fahrenheit when the hot tub is not in use. However, you can lower that by a couple of degrees during the summer, so you don’t feel overheated.
