He itemized the costs of jetting all accessible storm drains and the installation of dry wells at the end of two drains, that over time were partially filled with water and mud due being in low spots on the edge of the woods. He came out with Pete, who also was friendly and eager to explain what was happening, as they worked to remove the blockage from a long area of pipe. It appears to have been blocked by dry, hardened mud for a period of years, as I did not suspect due to a dry basement floor. I would call WyattWorks again, especially for major plumbing needs, because they have knowledgeable, courteous and friendly people. I will be calling next year to have them check the footers of my house, as I plan to sanitize and paint the basement this winter."
