Our project was unique in that we live at a condo, so you have to get a drawing and scope of work submitted to our condo association for approval. Serene Aqua Landscaping was the only one to send us the required drawing, so they really stood out to me from the start. Rob has been a great communicator throughout the process and timely responded to my multiple emails before, during, and after project completion. His team of guys are hard-working, respectful, and meticulous to details. It is not easy working at a condo, but the guys were always mindful of the other residents and cleaned up their work space every evening. Mario and his crew were punctual and efficient, executed all of the work agreed upon, allowed us to add work while he was here, cleaned up after themselves everyday, virtually took no breaks and our work was over multiple days in the heat later summer and early summer with tons of rain. They even blew off my patio with the leaf blower without me asking. He and his crew smile and always seem to go the extra mile. I would hire him again (and will later this fall) in a heartbeat. Oh yeah....he beat other landscapers prices significantly. I have had 4 landscapers over the years and every one of them would show up late and sometimes not at all, try to cut corners, and would get irritated or flat out refuse if we asked them a question or discussed if we could adjust something at added cost to ourselves. Mario is nothing like that and he is willing to work with his clientele to give them what they want. In a time when it’s difficult to find people who want to do a job and do it well, Mario and his crew made the entire process easy and a pleasure. The results were fantastic."

"Kevin and his team did a great job on our new patio.  Started with a visit to the work site and a timely and professional quote.  There where some delays to starting work due to consistent raining this summer but Kevin routinely kept us updated on the changing schedule.  The day before work began Kevin returned to verify what work would be performed.  All work was completed in  the expected time.  During removal of the old patio some brick came off the house where the old concrete patio overlapped the brick.  Kevin modified his plan to be able to correct this.  Before they left on the final day they cleaned up the work area very well and even filled in some small ruts that were in the grass.  We now have a beautiful area that we are pleased to invite our friends and family over to enjoy with us.
