This began by the simple use of an outdoor antenna professionally installed. The need for the outdoor antenna still exists today, however, as the industry changed to the Satellite Era, we changed as well. By adding quality electronics combined with professional installation to assure our customers not only a better picture but quality programming as well. "Service person came out, diagnosed the problem, replace the pre-amplifier and the amplifier on the TV tower. $340 A few months later we could not get any reception, and could see the wire connection from the antenna to the amplifier was not connected. I called them and emailed them pictures. They told me they would come out and take care of it the next time they were in my area. I called several times over three months, same reply, they would stop the next time they have someone in my area. I am 15 minutes from their business. It`s been six months now, still no show."
