Quality is poor. Let concrete dry on our bricks so the bricks look terrible now. Left chunks of wood, concrete, and screws in my grass line that I needed to clean up before I could mow the yard. At some point one of them walked behind my garage and dumped a bunch of concrete chunks that I had to clean up. Used my dog's water dish to do something with concrete. There was dried concrete in the bucket. Had to throw it away and buy a new one. Did not announce themselves when they arrived to start. I started hearing loud noises in the back to find them already working. "

Some gazebos have a built-in base or use other base materials, including wooden decks, paver slabs, or concrete footings.

A concrete patio lasts an average of 30 years, but the length of life you’ll get from yours depends largely on the climate. In harsh conditions, including excessive rainfall and snowfall, a concrete patio may only last for 15 years. In a moderate climate and with non-expansive, supportive soil below, a concrete patio could last for up to 50 years.

After you install your concrete steps, and even as they age, applying a coat of paint or concrete sealer to them every one to two years is a great way to keep them looking fresh and new. We also recommend doing light concrete step repair if you notice chipping or crumbling. You can dress up your steps with planters, decorative railings, and other decor to breathe new life into your stoop as well.
