Gave him a deposit to paint my house March 10, in July I haven’t heard back from him and called, said it should be done by the end of the month or so, it wasn’t. Called him in August said it should be done by the end of the month, it wasn’t. Called in September he said that should be done by the end of the month, September 23 still no word from him so I just canceled and got my deposit back."

"We used Pinpoint on a large deck project. Being a serious woodworker, I have a discerning eye for quality. Upon my post completion inspection I was surprised to see the level of quality. Tight miters, square corners, even gaps, flat and level. It was obvious that Mike's team were more than construction laborers, they were craftsman. At the end of one particularly hot day, they began their area clean up as usual. I told them to forget it, they're coming back tomorrow and it didn't bother me. They told me that it was a matter of pride for them, and they continued. They took pride in all aspects of their work. There were multiple progress reports throughout, and Zack hit the quote dead on. Good project management. Well done. I'd hire them again without reservation."

"I hired MDS Painting for some interior painting. Michael came out, looked at the job and quoted me a fair price so I accepted the quote. The first day of the job went well. Michael started the normal repairs on the walls (filling in holes, etc.). Michael came back the next day to finish the repairs and to start painting. It appeared as if he used some drop cloths but did not cover the entire floor with the drop cloths. The flooring is brand new and there was paint throughout the whole kitchen floor , living room floor, hallway floor, and steps. I texted Michael about this and he said that he must have stepped in the paint as he did put down drop cloths. Michael told me that he would clean it up when he comes back to finish. With the floor being new, I did not want the paint to set in, so I cleaned it up right away. It took almost two hours to clean up. After looking over the rest of the kitchen, there were several spots where he got paint on our sink, on the cabinet doors, and inside some of the drawers as we do not have our counters installed yet. He only taped certain cabinets so now there are uneven lines where the wall meets the cabinet trim with extra paint on the cabinet trim. Michael said that he would clean up all of the at the end so I felt a little bit better knowing that he would be taking care of that. Michael told me he would refund me $300 dollars which he did do. He also said that he would be putting on an extra coat of paint on all the walls. The third day that he came, he put drop cloths down everywhere and seemed to be more careful while painting. On this day, he put another coat on the main walls and was supposed to paint the wainscoting in the hallway white. At around 11:45 am, Michael notified me that he got 2 more coats on the walls and will come back to do the trim and wainscoting and that he cleaned everything up. It was slightly frustrating that he would have to come back a fourth day as he originally said the job would take 2-2.5 days. I asked if he would be able to come back the following day and he said he was unable to come back that day. He explained that he has a lot of pressure at another job where he is renting equipment and its costing him a lot of money. He wanted to come back the following week on a day that would not work for me. I told him I'm not sure that day will work for me and told him that I am not sure why he started this job if it could not be completed in a timely manner. At this time, Michael told me that we are done and he will refund me the rest of the money for the trim and wainscoting that he never completed which he did send me the extra money. I am left not with a job that is half way done and will have to complete the job myself. I am sharing this experience as I read all the reviews and they all seem good. I am not saying by any means that those are not true, this is simply my experience and it was not a good one."

"We had a great experience! Saimir and his crew were professional, reliable, flexible, hard working, friendly, very easy to work with, and generous with their resources. They did a beautiful job painting all of our interior walls and ceilings (including excellent drywall patching and wallpaper removal), and their power washing made our deck look brand new. The cost was very reasonable, and the results are well worth every penny. Most highly recommended!"

"The job went smoothly and very quick. I did remind them of a free things but it did get done. Noted a little paint drops on my cherry floor but I was able to pick it off easily. "
