I have 34 yrs experience in drywall finishing. Expertly done textures, smooth,knockdown, standard splat, and even Spanish. 95% dust free sanding with power sander and it's dust collection system. Hanging and insulating walls and ceilings are a breeze, usually mine and material, but if you want me to bid the job, price will include travel costs. Rl is expensive these days, unfortunately I just pass on the expenses to my customers, sorry, I can't make every job as i would for my family or edn the old lady in my neighborhood. I want to, but labor and fuel expenses, insurance expenses... Make it impossible to do so. I will use drop clothes and cover floors, furniture, upon request only...
