The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! Drew, the owner, is incredibly skilled at his craft and was simply fascinating to watch as he measured, demolished and ultimately replaced with great skill a wall we asked him to remove and replace with glass doors. "Finished result looks great. Two coats of paint were applied and coverage is very uniform with no bleed-through from the wood. The grid for the suspended ceiling was taped, so there is no paint on the grid. We made a couple of minor adjustments to the color scheme as the painting progressed, this was no problem. Greg and his wife added good perspective on the adjustments. The project was completed on time with no surprises."
