"Save yourself time, frustration And money. Really honestly. I wish I never came across this company. signed our contract in april 28 2021. My “top of the line” 5 season sunroom… still not finished . Always waiting on parts, crew to come out etc. there is always an excuse with these business owners. Buyers, neighbors, friends … beware doing business which such company. Horrible communication doesn’t even do it Justice. We have had a wreck in our backyard since July 2021! It’s now March 2022 ? Check out these photos of how the aluminum conducts the cold air through as well as the windows causing it to freeze, yes frost on inside. Now in the day when worms up, there is literal puddles on our flooring, that we are wiping down daily to absorb all the moisture. This is with us having two dehumidifiers non stop on. I mean we live in Ohio, they claim you can use this all year round. What a joke ."

"The worst experience of my life. We signed a contract for supposedly CHAMPION siding. The salesman gave us Champion siding brochures and went on to explain why Champion siding( factory direct) was the best siding on the market. They were thousands of dollars more than the next quote but we thought we were getting better siding and insulation. They delivered the same siding all the other s had quoted from a local lumber company. When we called to complain they did not care and refused to cancel the contract without us losing our 30% down payment. Like it was our fault. When I threatened legal action they said I would never be able to prove it in court. We were stuck and got screwed out of thousands of dollars."

"I had Home Solutions Handyman replace a wooden door between my garage and home. The original door never really closed that well, strong windstorms would often blow it open despite being locked, and had about a one inch gap between the bottom of the door and interior flooring that we had to use a draft snake to keep the heat/air from going out into the garage (and bugs from just walking in). After being annoyed with this door since I purchased my home twelve years ago, I finally decided to do something about it. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was prompt and listened to my thoughts and what I wanted from the replacement. I received a detailed and accurate quote via email a day or two later. The quote was only for labor and stated that I would supply the replacement door and lock set. I didn't have an issue with that since it allow me to pick out a door from a local big box store with a minimum of dents or other damage and get a lockset that matched the others in my home. The technician, named Steve I believe, was on-time and seemed very detailed with his work ensuring the door was properly installed. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. After a couple of weeks, the door works perfectly fine and we are very happy with the quality of his workmanship. I am certainly considering Home Solutions Handyman for other carpentry projects I need done around the house as our budget allows."

They kept itrynjg to sell us the wrong one with pricing it at full price to put it in another location in our home but we did not. Now it’s three years later and the sluding glass door screen will not move at all. I have called three times and left numerous messages and their customer service is awful. They will not come out and repair the door or tell us how to fix the screen. I do not recommend this business and I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau .?
