One area was very stubborn and didn’t want to lift despite the heavy pressure from their foam. They worked patiently back and forth so as to minimize cracking from uneven pressure. It took considerable time but eventually they were able to achieve a good result. I was especially appreciative that they let me watch and learn about their process.
