"DBC Remodeling and Construction remodeled our kitchen last summer. We have a wonderful contractor that we normally use, so we were a bit concerned about trying a new contractor. We've all heard the horror stories. I checked out DBC on Angie's list and found nothing but good reviews. We were still a bit nervous about using a new contractor but after meeting with Doug, we felt better. Their crew was on time every single day and worked efficiently. They were extremely polite and tried to make the days of construction as easy on us as possible. They cleaned up every day and even took the time to load up all of the cardboard from the cabinets and took it to be recycled. After construction was finished there were a few things that needed to be tweaked and they came right out and corrected the problems. They even noticed a couple of things that we didn't even see and corrected those as well. I would recommend DBC to anybody that wants quality workmanship and quality workers. I know we will call them again. Awesome company!"

"We had a fantastic experience with BKG Design (North Hills Location). Our kitchen designer, Noelle, came up with a great design given the small size of our kitchen that was right in line with our expectations. Throughout the entire process she was there to give design tips and help us create the modern look we were envisioning. Given the age of our previous kitchen we needed a fair amount of work done including demo, electrical, plumbing, and some floor work on top of the new cabinets and countertops. What I loved about Noelle and BKG was there was never any pressure or upselling along the way. All of our options were laid out to us from least expensive to most expensive and any part of the project that we wanted to do ourselves or hire an outside contractor for they were happy to accomodate. We ended up choosing BKG for the entire remodel and I am so happy that we did. Noelle did a fantastic job of project management as the entire remodel fell exactly to plan from both a time and cost perspective. Noelle would check in frequently to make sure we were aware of what was next to come, any upcoming decisions we had to make, and clarify items if there was any potential for confusion. In addition to project management, the install itself went very smoothly and that was thanks to the wonderful installers, Bill and Chris. Given that I work from home I was able to witness their work each day and I have nothing but praise for everything that they did. They showed up on time every single day and did not skip a beat from the moment they walked through the door. They were always quick to answer any questions I had and even go so far as to explain how things are done or provide advice as I like to learn a bit myself. Their knowledge of what they were doing was very apparent and impressive and it shows in the final product. "I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.

"We originally scheduled Allen and A.N.Y. Construction to repaint our kitchen cabinets. A couple of weeks later, before our scheduled dates with ANY, we had an accident with a laundry room flood that did a lot of water damage, primarily in the finished basement but also to some engineered hardwood in the kitchen. Allen graciously allowed us to change the scope of work to include drywall and vinyl plank flooring replacement in the basement. Rather than fix the hardwood in the kitchen, we went with a full tile replacement. Allenâ s crew are a hardworking and dedicated bunch. It took a little longer than we expected and had its fair share of hiccups. Any large project does. The tenacity of the crew and Allenâ s attention to detail assured a quality job in the end. Weâ re so thankful for Allen and ANY construction and would not hesitate to call them back for our next project. We love our new tile floor and those kitchen cabinetsâ ¦ well theyâ re going to stay the way they are because theyâ ve never looked better with the new complimentary flooring and backsplash."
