Get matched with top basement remodelers in Neffs, OH

"Chris and his team have done an excellent job with every job I've given them. I am remodeling a very old home and there are always unexpected surprises every time we open up a wall to do something else and they are always prepared to handle it. Chris is very conscientious about staying on budget and I can trust his crew inside my house. I think that dogs are excellent judges of character and both of my German Shepherds absolutely love all the guys on his crew which is really all I need to know about their character."

"Overall we I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Classic Exteriors. Rick was fantastic and friendly. He came to our home and told us a vision he had, while asking us for opinions and what we would like as well. The work took a bit longer than expected, but that’s normal when it comes to construction and remodeling. Rick was very easy to contact and always had a solution. The only thing that I wish would have been better would have been the communication with the construction workers. There was a huge crack in our foundation that was found after taking the walls down and the workers continued with putting up studs for new walls. I had to ask about it and then call Rick to discuss the crack for it to be taken care of. We had to put steel beams in and our foundation could collapsed and we would have had no idea because they did not mention to me that it was a problem. As soon as I called Rick though, he immediately took care of the situation and got us our steel beams, then finished the basement. It looks amazing and we love spending time down there! Thank you Classic Exteriors!"

My experience overall was very good. I had a leaky basement and I had several people that only had one idea of what to do, but this gentleman had several ideas all with pros and cons. I was impressed that he had options to give me, which no one else had. He also suggested some cement work next spring. He guarantees his work and was very upfront about everything. They were there when they said they would be, they were even early. Their price was very reasonable."

"Gary and his crew were very polite. Their work was top notch and all of our suggestions were well received and acted apon promptly. They showed up when they were scheduled except when weather prevented. Then they called and let us know when they would be back. Later this year we will contract with them again to do some inside work. They are well able to do any type of work from home repair, remodeling or even building a new home. We felt that their price was very reasonable."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
