"I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional. It'll take 1/4 of the time to schedule, reschedule, and complete the project, and you won't have to deal with all the messes and damage they leave in their wake. While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "
