"Johnny went above and beyond to install a home surveillance system for us. He was absolutely amazing and made sure we understood how to operate all aspects of our system before he left. "The first time out the tech didn't have all of the equipment to complete the install which I sort of understood because the home and garden show was in town but then again at the same time that should have had enough equipment on hand to handle all the new customers they're going to get. The second time they came out to finish the install the tech didn't even realize that I already had the existing equipment installed a week prior so communication is poor between the techs and the office. A day after the final install I had a problem with my carbon monoxide detector so they had to come back out here the next day and fix it but he did not have a backup carbon monoxide detector so it take the old one and now they will have to come out for a fourth time. I did get a lot of a nice equipment which is making this easier to bear but I don't think I would go back with them if I had to do it all over again has been a lot of back-and-forth and the office people are completely disconnected from the text not to mention the office people don't have any clue what they're talking about when it comes to their equipment"
