"On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace. By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices. On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. "The tech completed the job and everything worked. As for the professionalism and placement of the switch and outlet we had installed, they are over 4 1/2 feet high from the floor. A small child would not be able to turn on the light. Sent an email to discuss and received no response. Very disappointed. I called the company and explained my disappointment with the quality of the work that was done. I spoke to a woman (initials are EA) who was very personable and professional. She was understanding and explained the reps did not receive my first email. She was not only apologetic but took the time to try to look for it, searching for it in different manners. She had me email it again directly to her. The person it was handed over to for review stated to send another electrician (per my request) to fix the issue. They were at the house in a matter of days and fixed the problem at no additional charge. Their concern was for my satisfaction and I will recommend this company in the future. They care about the customer which speaks volumes about their integrity. Thank you again."
