"I highly recommend Mr. Lockhart and would gladly give him a five-star rating. We first hired him to replace the soffit on our home, and when an unexpected gutter issue arose before several days of forecasted rain, he quickly helped arrange for new gutters to be installed. His willingness to take ownership of the situation and find a timely solution made a stressful issue much easier to manage. We were so pleased with his work that we later hired him for several additional projects, including doors, railings, siding repairs, drywall, cabinet repairs, baseboards, and trim work. Throughout each project, Mr. Lockhart was professional, reliable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Some of our neighbors were also impressed with his work and asked about quotes for their own remodeling projects. What began as a professional relationship has grown into a valued friendship. We would not hesitate to hire Mr. Lockhart again or recommend him to others."
