They were very fast and got the job done in about 4 hours including going out to look for replacement parts for old toilet and sink. The way the half bath was built didn't allow the toilet to be replaced due to the shape of the base.

There was some structural damage due to termites and Matthew of McNeal's did an excellent job of repairing the structure and designing and remodeling the bathroom.
