"Moral of this story: Hire H&B Construction Services and run away as fast as you can from Dan Sherwin, working under KIMPRESS, LLC. with his wife. I asked for three quotes from Angie's list. One company never responded, one responded a month later, and H&B responded immediately. I also stumbled across a guy through FB Marketplace that I had purchased some furniture from, who was in construction. I asked him to quote my basement exercise room as well as H&B. The quotes were almost equal. H&B were A rated on Angie's list. References provided by Dan Sherwin, working under the name KimPress, were very good. I chose Dan because he could start in January and was a vet vs H&B starting in May. The job by Dan Sherwin/KimPress was a job from ****. He lies about so much. He broke two mirrors and never offered to replace. I told him to put the mirror hanger in a stud but he chose drywall. This was a heavy 3' x 6' mirror. He quoted 8 can lights, and a dimmer switch. He put in 4 can lights and no dimmer. Would not reduce my quote but yet he wanted to charge me $100 to just hang a light bulb in a storage room. I refused to settle with him early Friday evening which was the last day of the job. I had a balance of about $400-$500. He started getting angry and he said he would not leave my property until he had his final check. I warned him I would call the police and I did. They made him leave and told him he was not to set foot on my property again. Greg, owner of H&B actually spoke with me at length on the phone to guide me in solving my problem with Sherwin. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused and just said a review would be great. Lesson learned. I was anxious to get my exercise room built. I even told H&B I wanted to hire them but didn't want to wait until May. Wait for Greg at H&B Construction. Never use DAN SHERWIN. He does not have any business or customer service skills."

"Leap Pro responded to my request for an estimate to erect a Gazebo on my concrete patio. The workmen were very respectful and informed me of their progression. They encountered difficulty drilling the gazebo to the concrete because of the quality of the stone. One of the workmen took the time to go to the hardware store and purchase a drill bit that would go through the concrete. They did a fabulous job and clean up the packaging. I would hire them again because they did a great job."
