"Richard was great to work with explained exactly what he was going to be doing, and was able to hide the cables coming off the roof and down the length of the roof line."

"Fence repair is still in limbo pending fencing parts ordered but pending delivery yet. Chuck did an Awesome job on my back deck repair and looks GREAT! He removed all the broken posts and panels in order to clear out my and my neighbors job...Very impressed with his work so far and keeps in touch with any details so as a Customer not in the Dark. RCL is a down to earth business that gets the job done and Fair prices that are written down on an invoice NOT texted via email or thru chit chat...I give 5 star's to Chuck and RCL Handyman Services in my book. You won't be disappointed!"

"This is my second review of Ohio Basement Systems. The first review got a one star because they couldn't keep an appointment. Their VP called a few days later about the poor review and I agreed to having another person provide an estimate. On time this time, Mike, very professional and knowledgeable about the product he represents. This was my 3rd estimate of 4. I must say this company runs their sales force like it is an auto dealer, most likely attempting to pay for the aggressive advertising that I've seen while doing my research on concrete leveling. They provided me with a range of things I could do to improve my concrete now and for the future. The price ranged from $1500 - $2,500. Impressive sales job I must say and if I were a little old lady or an uninformed customer I might have just bit the bullet and paid for it. In comparison to my other poly leveling estimate they were more then twice the cost for the same work and warranty. I gave them 3 stars because I feel they are a company who no doubt will deliver but is over priced, not to mention I promised the VP I would upgrade my review to 3 stars if they could show up and prove that one bad person did not represent their company. So, if you are in the mood for a 1.5 hour sales pitch and want to cash in a few investments to pay for a simple concrete job, this company may be right for you! ;) I will be posting reviews on the other subcontractors who also provided estimates. Being a quality professional for the past 20 years, I'm hoping my reviews will help guide others in picking the appropriate professionals taking care of their homesteads! ... who knows, the reviews may even make subcontractors reconsider their pricing and practices."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.

Make sure you’re getting the right size to meet your space needs, including enough space both side to side and vertically to accommodate your RV’s features and allow you to safely move it in and out of the garage.

If you’re building an attached and enclosed garage for your RV, you’ll also want to give some thought to whether you’d like to add workspace, water or electricity, or additional storage. If so, you’ll need a garage with larger dimensions.

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

Yes, professionals offer custom designs, including lattice tops and decorative post caps.
