"Spent almost 2,000 on an AC repair that if they had checked would have probably been under warranty. The unit quit working after less than two weeks because the refrigerant all leaked out. Had to schedule another service call for that to be fixed. In addition, they turned the gas off to my furnace without letting me know so it didn?t work this fall when I turned it on. Called a different company to come fix it. "

"When I called Protech, Chad said, “I don’t need to come out - I was there 10 years ago and it was dry.” He sent me a sump pump quote. I continued investigating the water intrusion and a visit from Midstate Basements discovered a hole as the source of water intrusion. My HOA works with Protech so they sent him out again. He still did not enter the crawlspace and insisted I needed a sump pump. After sending video evidence to my HOA, they approved repairing the hole and contracted Protech to complete the work, with him saying I will still need a sump pump. His team came and patched the hole (literally took them 5 minutes and who knows if that’s what will do the trick). If I need a sump pump I will not be purchasing it from Chad and do not recommend him based on how he treated me during this process."
